1. ZSOLNAY LIGHT ART MAPPING COMPETITION
Our international mapping competition can be visited free of charge by everyone, on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The mapping pieces are going to be projected on the southern facade of the Cathedral building, as follows

Due to the strong light and sound effects, these events are not recommended to visitors who are sensitive to it!
2. THE ROUTE OF LIGHT
While roaming the downtown streets and squares, most the creations can be seen free of charge.
Those not wanting to miss a single light experience should visit the special sites of LIGHT FESTIVAL MAX, which can be visited after buying a ticket.
The Route of Light can be viewed at:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 9:30 p.m.–01:00 a.m
Sunday: 9:30 p.m.–00.00
The opening times of stations being open according to a schedule different from the above are indicated next to their descriptions!
Please note that ÁRKÁD will be open to visitors from Friday through Sunday starting at 12:00 p.m., and the Kodály Center will be open starting at 4:00 p.m.
The price of the Route of Light Extra wristbands are as follows:
Adult: 5.000.- HUF
Children (6-18 years): 3.500.- HUF
Family (2 adults + 2 children): 12.000.- HUF
For children under 6 the sites can be visited free of charge.
Tickets can be redeemed for wristbands at Info Points during the festival.
All types of wristbands entitle their owners for unlimited number of entries.
3. STREET-ART, MUSICAL, PROFESSIONAL AND OTHER EVENTS
The street performances on Széchenyi Square and the Sétatér, and the fire juggler's programmes of the Parázsfészek (Embers nest) in the Barbakan moat are free of charge.
The music programmes are free of charge.
In some cases, the programs are subject to the purchase of an entrance ticket or registration, this is indicated for each such program element.
Where it is not indicated separately, the events concerned are free of charge!
During the festival, Street Food and Handcraft vendors are awaiting visitors at the Sétatér with heavenly delicacies and hand-crafted goods.
This year, Light Workshop will take place at several locations, with participation fees ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 HUF per session.

- Jakováli Hasszán Mosque – 2 Rákóczi Road (daily: 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
4. WHERE AND WHEN CAN YOU BUY THE LIGHT FESTIVAL MAX TICKET?
BEFORE THE FESTIVAL:
Wristbands can be purchased online before the festival on the jegymester.hu website or at the InfoPoint of the Zsolnay Heritage Management Ltd - wristbands can only be collected in person at the ticket offices during the festival.
Wristbands – of intact condition – are valid for all 4 days of the festival.
Wristband tickets can also be purchased online at all LIGHT FESTIVAL MAX locations.

- Zsolnay Cultural Quarter Visitor Center (37 Zsolnay Vilmos Street): 9:00 a.m.–1:00 a.m., Sunday: 9:00 a.m.–midnight
- Zsolnay Cultural Quarter: Major Street Gate, Ledina Gate, Bridge: 9:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m., Sundays: 9:00 PM–12:00 a.m.

5. FURTHER PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The festival is busiest on Friday and Saturday evenings, so if you want to avoid the crowds, we recommend exploring the festival on Thursday (3 July) or Sunday (6 July).
If possible, use public transport during the Light Festival. Tüke Bus Zrt. will increase the frequency of its services on Fridays and Saturdays and offer demand-driven services (valid tickets or passes are required).

Visitors to the Light Festival can use the "Boccaccio" parking lot on Ipar Street, owned by BIOKOM Nonporift Kft., free of charge on weekdays from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. the following morning, and on Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. until Monday morning. In addition, on-street parking spaces are also available free of charge during the evening hours. However, we would like to kindly remind visitors that on-street parking in the city’s traffic-calmed zones is subject to a fee 24 hours a day.
The Zsolnay Quarter parking garage, the front and rear parking lots at the Kodály Center, and the entire parking lot at the South Transdanubian Regional Library and Knowledge Center all offer free parking for visitors.
FREE NIGHT PARKING IN THE ÁRKÁD MALL!
During the festival, the rooftop parking lot of the ÁRKÁD Pécs Shopping Mall is open for free as follows:
- 2-4 July (Thursday-Saturday) from 9:00 p.m. - 01:30 a.m.
- 5 July (Sunday) 7:00 p.m. - 00:30 a.m.
During the evenings, it is possible to leave the exits without validating the parking ticket. After the indicated opening times, the building and the roof parking lot will be closed. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in this case, the usual parking fees will apply from the opening of the roof parking lot in the morning.
